Sammy Alnajm, Founder and CEO
Mr. Sammy Alnajm leads the firm's strategic vision and client engagements. With extensive experience in healthcare quality management, accreditation readiness, regulatory compliance, and performance improvement, he guides our efforts to deliver exceptional results. He has held leadership roles with Roche Pharmaceuticals (Switzerland) and Randox Laboratories (United Kingdom) and holds master's degrees in Management and Economics from Harvard University and Biochemistry from the University of Cologne, Germany.

Dr. John Ervin, Senior Health Care Consultant
Dr. Ervin has over 20 years of leadership experience across hospitals, ambulatory practices, surgery centers, and healthcare operations, he specializes in strategic growth, regulatory compliance, healthcare operations, and business development. Dr. Ervin holds a Doctor of Management in Strategic Leadership from Thomas Jefferson University, an MBA from Northeastern University, and is certified in Project Management (PMP), Lean Process Improvement, and Healthcare Operations. He serves on the ASTM Surgery and Medical Device Committee, bringing a wealth of expertise to healthcare organizations seeking operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Mr. Morgan Muchnick, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Muchnick is a government affairs and public policy strategist with extensive experience in healthcare, technology, and homeland security. He previously served as Senior Professional Staff for the U.S. Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, where he helped establish the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Throughout his career, he has advised innovative companies on government relations, strategic growth, and policy engagement, while holding leadership roles with the American Institute of Aeronautics & Astronautics (AIAA), Unisys Corporation, and Turner Government and Public Affairs. Mr. Muchnick holds a bachelor's degree in History from UCLA and a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government.
